The App provides wellness tracking, educational content, and tools across five pillars: Mindset, Sleep, Nutrition, Recovery, and Exercise. The App is intended for general wellness purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

Information in the App is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness, nutrition, or exercise program.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time through the App's Account section.

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

All content, branding, and materials in the App are owned by Peak Vitality Solutions and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Vitality Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
